I send actionable mail to outlook, how can I get the appid in callback authentication

Question

I send a actionable mail to outlook, and the Application Server get a callback request when user click button on actionable card.

I get authentication value from request header and analysis it whit JWT format and I get a appid param.

I went to know where the appid from, How can I to get the appid value from outlook management.
