Flow for Planner Tasks by start date

Question

I want to create a Flow that will move all Tasks in a planner 40 days before the start date to a single bucket but don't know how to build a flow like that

I did this at my last company, it's pretty straight forward. The syntax on the due date for planner can be a bit finicky.
