My visual studio 2022 keeps crashing while the intellisense bump out .

Try to delete the hidden .vs folder in your project folder to see if it helps.

It may be that some of the project configurations in the .vs folder differ between different versions of Visual Studio.
This issue occurs in some versions of Visual Studio, please try to update your visual studio to the latest version.
