Portal azure - Can't access one of my own tenants

When I try to switch tenants to this particular tenant i get the page "Action Required", and when i click next i get the next page as "Success! Great job! You have successfully set up your security info. Choose "Done" to continue signing in." but i didn't get the qr code to add the tenant to my microsoft auth app, like the other tenants, and if a click done i get stuck in the loop of those two pages.

Please help I have data inside the tenant that i need

Hi Melissa,

It's hard to tell from your description but I has a 'loop' issue with both Edge and Chrome when authenticating to Azure.

The only solution that has worked reliably for me is to reset my cache every time I close my browser.

The settings for this are different from Edge and Chrome - I use both so I had to make changes to both.

First I go to switch directory and i get the page with all my tenants and i click switch to the tenant i want to access

When i do this i get the next page

Then i click next

And instead of getting the QR to add the tenant to my Microsoft Auth App, i get redirected to this page

And when i click done instead of log in me in it goes again to this page

So then i have a loop and i can never get inside my tenant

I tried erasing cache as you suggested and using incognito but it doesn't work

Hi @Melissa GonzálezMay I know have you already added this tenant to your Microsoft Authenticator app? The tenant you’re switching is there any conditional access policies which that don’t require MFA under certain conditions, like trusted locations or devices?

Also, we are unable to see the screenshots which you have shared could you please share the same again with the steps.
