I am unable to create kubernetes service connections. It shows "cluster is loading"

I am unable to create kubernetes service connection. It shows "cluster is loading". It shows loading for long time but it didn't load
can someone look into this issue and help me out.

Sorry to hear you are facing issues. Is there a document you are following to try and accomplish this. Based on the screenshot it appears this might be for SharePoint. Can you please confirm?
