How do I create Azure account if my country is not listed

I’m from Laos 🇱🇦 when I tried to create an account for Azure pay-as-you-go I can’t see my country in the list and I can’t fill my profile information, so how can I create an Azure account please?

Typically, announcements are communicated through the Azure Announcements blog. The blog primarily covers new datacenter locations for regional updates.
