I would like to confirm with you whether you have enabled the setting Allow scheduling only during working hours for the room33. This setting accepts or rejects meeting requests that are not scheduled during the working hours defined for the meeting room.By default, this setting is disabled, allowing meeting requests outside of business hours. If you have not set it before, it is recommended that you enable this setting and extend the working time to the length of time you need. You can use the following format of the command in the Exchange Management shell:
Set-CalendarProcessing -ScheduleOnlyDuringWorkHours $true
