Dear Microsoft Community,

We are currently facing an issue with retrieving configured identity providers. This problem arises from an unsupported tenant domain name change from "DaWerxLtd.onmicrosoft.com" to "DocuWerx.onmicrosoft.com".

The specific error notification we receive is "Failed to retrieve configured identity providers. Detected tenant domain name change from "DaWerxLtd.onmicrosoft.com" to "DocuWerx.onmicrosoft.com", however, domain name change is not currently supported."

This issue surfaced after our first attempt to adjust the main SharePoint domain using PowerShell. We were guided by the following tutorials, which also represent the environment we are working in:

At this point, we're stuck and require guidance on how to navigate this situation. We would greatly appreciate any insights, especially from those who have encountered this or similar issues before.

Any detailed instructions or specific procedures for resolution are welcomed. We look forward to your insights and thank you in advance for your assistance.
