User column remains empty in POP3 and IMAP4 log files on Exchange 2016

Dear

I enabled both, POP3 and IMAP4 logging. The log folders, together with the log files are created correctly after the restart of these services on all Exchange 2016 servers.

However, files are growing fast, but the user column remains empty in both log files, except for the healthmailboxes.

The only logs we have is OpenSession, CloseSessions.

What else do I need to enable, configure to get the username or email address in the log files?

Thanks for the feedback.
Regards
Peter
