Whenever I try to sign in to outlook or any other microsoft 365 service, a prompt pops up to enter a number shown on authenticator app but the authenticator app doesnt show the 2 digit verification number. Then I have to tap on "send new code" option to get another code and then immediately i get the code on authenticator app. Why am i not getting it on the first attempt?
