How to connect my certification account

Hi there,

I'm reaching out because I'm having some trouble connecting my Microsoft certification account to my Microsoft Learn account. I was hoping you could help me out. In the meantime, is there a way for me to access my score and certificate?

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
