Indisputable Charge On Bank Account

Question

Hello so I am actually a playstation player for the most part which led to me being confused by the there being a recurring Microsoft*Ultimate 1 Card on my bank account that’s been going on for over a year now yet I’ve had no accounts with microsoft in the last 5 years, i’ve had multiple new cards and every dispute with my banks leads to them canceling my current one. Despite that, every new card i’ve had has still been charged for microsoft ultimate again. Is there any way to get this charge to stop continuing, clearly a new card isn’t the solution it lol.
