Question about federated SSO expired certificates - ID - 127116_SAML_GIF_SIPADAN_Production

Hi!

 

We have received the attached email and when accessing we do not see the Create new certificate option because the mailbox associated with SAML_GIF_SIPADAN is [subvencion.training@accenture.com], which being a mailbox, does not have a password. It recognizes us with our ID's directly (m.j.nunez.sanchez@accenture.com or joaquin.romero@accenture.com).

The SSO expires on April 6th and it is very urgent that we can solve it since all the employees of the Accenture group have access to our GIF tool through this SSO.

    I understand that you would like to know how to manage certificates for federated single sign-on. If a certificate is about to expire, you can renew it by Follow the instructions in from the below document. Also, you can customize the expiration date for your federation certificate and roll it over to a new certificate.
