Hello,

We have DEV, UAT and PROD environments where we have our SQL Server and Database respectively.

We want to have active and passive node configuration so that we don't have issues when the database gets down. Kindly help on how to setup active and passive node configuration.

I have searched online but did not find much help. Thank you.

@Srikanth Vanam (PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LIMITED) Thank you for reaching out.

Did you go through this article.? It has detailed information for the above scenario.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/servers/deploy/configure/site-server-high-availability

Make sure to install the SQL Server Native Client. If you don't install it, the prerequisite checker during Configuration Manager setup will report an error about missing SQL Server permissions.

    Regards,

    Oury
