Change email associated with MCID

I'm leaving my employer in a few days. My MCID is currently using my employer's email address. How do I change the email associated with my employer to a personal email address?

1. Head to the Microsoft Certification Support https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/manage-certification-profile.
2. Look for options related to "Edit your certification profile" or "Update MCID contact information".
