Microsoft 365 Developer Program - E5 Licenses disappeared

Hello,

The licenses for my developer account have disappeared.

I can't raise a ticket - only phone support. I phoned support but they advised to post here.

How can I have these reactivated please?

Fallback domain is znmgq.onmicrosoft.com

Looking into this further, it seems like I can't. They have suspended the developer program for non-partners. A nice, big "screw you" from Microsoft.
