Trouble uploading documents with Power Virtual Agent

Question

Hi All,

i'm having some troubles when i try to upload a document (docx or pdf) with Power Virtual Agent.

In the section "Generative AI", it is possible upload a file (up to 3MB) with success, but after few minutes it shows me "Error" in the status.

It is like is not able to do the "indexing". I tryed with different files but i did not solve.

Any advice for me?
