My domain's only ADMIN lost access to Authenticator. How to request a One-Time-Password to login with it?

I am the only admin on my domain anser.solutions but cannot login because I do not have access to my authenticator anymore.
Is there a way to request that the 2FA validation be disabled for the admin@anser.solutions user so that I can login and reset the 2FA settings? Or enable the SMS for that account? Or a OTP password?...
We are blocked out of our system.
