Need help creating an openai service.

im trying to create an openai service but im not able to create one I'm getting an error and can anyone here explain me how to create one, your help is appreciated

so for creating an openai service its pretty simple you can search for openai and then select the create option and do so, let me drop you the link below to the detailed documentation.

I think you have not requested for the openai access, if that's the case let me give you the kink below and you can access it and req for a openai access, once this is granted you can go ahead and start playing with the openai in azure

You need to submit a request to Microsoft and get it approved in order to be able to create an Azure Open AI service. Details at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/limited-access
