Request to Change Administrator Account for Azure Face API
I am currently in charge of web content development.
In our system, we have integrated the Azure Face API into our customer-specific web content using JavaScript, providing a feature that switches content based on attributes through facial recognition. However, the administrator who contracted the Azure Face API has been transferred and subsequently took a leave of absence, leaving us with no one able to log into Azure. As a result, the facial recognition feature is not functioning, and we are unable to retrieve invoices.
I have searched the web for a way to contact Azure support but have not found any information, and I am at a loss. I would like to resolve this issue by April 11th (Thursday).
Could you please provide any advice on how to proceed?
