For EnterpriseModernAppManagement CSP, if we first install a lower version app and then try to install the higher version app, is the lower version app uninstalled or does an upgrade happen?

    For Enterprise ModernApp Management CSP, if you first install a lower version of the application and then attempt to install a higher version, it is usually upgraded rather than uninstalled. A higher version of the application will replace the lower version and retain the application's configuration and data.
