PFA screenshot of the error while trying to deploy my OpenAI Webapp. Let me know how can we fix this issue and deploy our webapp.

    As error suggests that your subscription is not registered for Microsoft.Web resource.

    If you are an admin, please register the Microsoft.Web resource provider in the subscription blade and that will allow the app to retrieve locations.
