How can I get Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Client Access Licenses (CALs)?

Hi,

I am trying to setup a server with Windows Server 2022 with remote desktop active using Azure host service so that 50 people can access it remotely.

The problem is that when I log in it says that no licensing server is available and rds will stop working after 119 days. so can you help me with Microsoft website where i can buy it.
