Have given ecam az-303 ,for az-304 i scheduled but missed to give.Can i give exams again?

Question

I passed AZ-303 in March 2021 and now it's retired. I had also scheduled an exam for AZ-304 on November 28, 2021,‎ but failed to take the exam.
Can I reschedule my exam for az-304 equivalent ?
Also, az303 is expired so can we reissue it with the one which currently active?

What is the solution for these since they are retired and one of them i have missed to take exam?
