Important emails going into the Other folder instead of focused inbox.

A few days ago, users’ ‘Out of Office’ messages started appearing in my ‘Other’ tab instead of my ‘Focused’ inbox. Even after selecting the message and choosing to have future emails automatically moved to the ‘Focused’ inbox, it continues to happen. Has anyone else experienced this issue in the last week or so? I’m currently on the Monthly Enterprise Channel for M365 Apps. The view has been the same for a long time, and I don’t want to use a rule or anything like that. I’m just curious if someone had this issue and was able to fix it, or if we have to wait for the Microsoft AI reset to run its course.

    Hi @Steven Pollnow ,

    Thanks for your reply!

Based on my test, the auto-reply email of Out Of Office will not go to Other folder. Do other users in your organization in your organization encounter the same issue?

yes it is the same via OWA and the Outlook application.

Do you mean that when you try selecting the message and choosing to have future emails automatically moved to the ‘Focused’ inbox, the issue persists?

If not, it's suggested that you could try again.
