could not log in to the exam window

Question

I had an exam scheduled on AZ 700. It was on 5th of April at 6:30 AM. But I could not access the exam as it was showing again and again that my teams is open even if I closed it. Can I reschedule the exam again? Please help me with that.

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
