How to complete the Develop Generative AI solutions with Azure OpenAI Service

It looks like you can only get access to Azure OpenAI with a business account. Is there a way to gain temporary access to use for this challenge only? Challenge:

You need to submit a request to Microsoft and get it approved in order to be able to create an Azure Open AI service. Details at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/limited-access
