I started following the course for Azure Fundamentals and created my account for this but when I reached "Describe the core architectural components of Azure" module and tried to use for first time the sandbox for the exercise it didn't let me.

It has been stuck like that for days. It said something about unusual activity but this was my first time for everything with Azure. I'm basically just doing theory because I can't practice. What can I do?
