    Hello,

Please try to find the BitLocker recovery key by referring to this link:

Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support

Your BitLocker recovery key is a unique 48-digit numerical password that can be used to unlock your system. And Microsoft support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

If you can't find the BitLocker recovery key, the only solution is to reset the system or upgrade the system.

    Best Regards,

    Hania

No, you cannot directly unlock BitLocker using a Key ID. BitLocker relies on a recovery key, which is a 48-digit alphanumeric code. The Key ID might be a reference number used for internal management by Microsoft or the specific platform you're using, but it doesn't hold the actual decryption key.

Check your Microsoft account, email, or any physical backups you might have made where you might have stored the key. You might have received the key via email when BitLocker was first enabled.
