Stuck in MS Learn Directory

Used a Microsoft learn sandbox to complete some training. The directory has not been deleted from my account. When trying to sign into my directory under the same email I cannot access it because the sign in defaults to the MS learn directory, but since I am no longer a member I cannot remove myself. My default directory is set to my personal directory so this should not be happening. Is there anyway to remove the MS learning sandbox directory from my account.

    Hello,

Based on your description, you can try the following steps:

    1. Try clearing your browser cache, cookies, and other temporary web data, then close and reopen your browser before trying to access the Microsoft Learning Sandbox.
    2. Log out of your current browser login and try logging in from an incognito window or private browsing mode.
    3. Alternatively, switch to another browser and try the login process again, making sure there is no historical data or plug-ins interfering with the login process.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu

Firstly, sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

Next, look for the option to "Switch directory".

Next, from the list of directories, select your personal directory (the one you want to use as the default)
