PC AIO S500Z touchscreen, just can touch top-left-corner screen

I have a problem with my touchscreen PC AIO S500Z. Now, the touchscreen works and the sofware has no problem. When I tried to calibrate the touchscreen, I found that the problem is I can only touch in one point in the top-left corner of the screen. What should I do?
