how to disable authenticator when stuck in a loop requiring the authenticator

I'm stuck in a loop where I cannot access my Microsoft account without the authenticator app, but when I try to log into the Microsoft authenticator app , it says to use the code sent to the authenticator APP... WHICH i cannot access... this is a problem

    I 'd call the global number for support and reset the access.
