Is it possible to add a Microsoft Azure Certification to a Credly Account?

I understand that Microsoft ended its partnership with Credly in June 2023, however, my work requires that we share our certifications via an integrated Credly Certification account.

Is it still possible to add manually or automatically a Microsoft certification obtained into Credly?

Specifically, I took the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals Exam and was hoping to add this to an existing Credly account, associated with the same email. I never received any indication of how to add this post successfully passing the exam.
