How to extend SSPR reset password time interval

Question

Multiple users reported that they have observed a behavior in SSPR that it would prevent user to use SSPR to reset password if they have prior password change in the last 24 hours or so.

Under that this is security features built into password reset to protect it from misuse. But is there any way that we can change it ?

or are you writing the passwords back to on-prem which in case is 1 day by default for min password age:
