How can I recover the Account in my 2FA authenticator app?

I accidentally removed the 2FA of my Proton Account in my Microsoft Authenticator App. Now, I cannot access my proton account because the account still asks from the codes in the authenticator app. but i do not have any access at all because I accidentally removed it from the authenticator app.

How can I recover the Account in my authenticator app?
