Why does PC Health Check say my processor is incompatible with Windows 11 when it on the approved list?

I have a Dell Precision 3620 with an Intel Core i5-7500 processor. If I run PC Health Check is says the processor is not supported for Windows 11 although the rest of the list are all green. However if I follow the link to the list of supported processors I find Core i5-7500 is on the list:User's image

Does anyone know why there is a discrepancy?

    Your Dell Precision 3620 with an Intel Core i5-7500 processor does not meet the processor requirements for Windows 11.
