Sand box message says:

"Sandbox activated! Time remaining:

You have used 1 of 10 sandboxes for today. More sandboxes will be available tomorrow."

But in a portal getting error:

"You do not have any Azure subscriptions in the Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory. Click here to switch to another directory."

Sometimes the Azure Portal opens under another subscription (or another directory under the right subscription).

Are you able to switch over to another directory? Can you check this is the right account is used?

Yes, I have checked the subscriptions. I found a comment from your colleagues stating that this problem disappears after recreating the Sandbox multiple times. Initially, it was unclear to me how to do that. However, I discovered that logging out from Azure allowed me to create a new Sandbox. After creating the Sandbox three more times, it finally worked. Now, I only have seven more sandboxes left for today and the day only started :(
It seems there is definitely something wrong with the sandbox if multiple people are experiencing the same problem.
