My old phone broke (will not turn on). I had been using the authenticator app for 10-15 accounts. I had backups on and icloud backups as well.
I installed the app on my new phone. I selected recover from backup. I log in. It starts to do its thing. Then it says the backup doesn't belong to my account. I have no idea what the problem is. I only have one Microsoft account. I see the backup, it even threatens me if I log in to my account as normal that I won't be able to restore.
I'm at a loss and I need access to all of these accounts...
