Authenticator App

Hallo,

A code is sent to authenticator App, but i am not receiving any codes in my authenticator app in my mobile.

How can i know where the code is send for verification?

    Have you configured a backup for this earlier? if so, you can restore it without any issues. If not, you will have to reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
