"Organization From Tenant Guid Not Found" Error

Hi there, I am receiving the following error during an API call.

I have no idea how to troubleshoot.

Would really appreciate any help to solve the issue.

Error received:

Status code: 401

"code":"OrganizationFromTenantGuidNotFound","message":"The tenant for tenant guid '----------------------' does not exist."

Hi @Coachfellas

This error indicates that your tenant is missing the necessary MS 365 license. Before that, purchase (or free trial) an MS 365 license for your tenant and grant that license to your target users.

Thank you. I saw that response.

I apologise that I am confused by the varying terminology used.

By "your Azure AD", does it mean the account that owns the App or the delegated user that is calling the API?

Which account needs the Office365 account? (Or, is it Microsoft 365 account?)

My tenant is using Microsoft Entra ID Free account at the moment.
