According to your problem description, I would like to confirm with you whether there is the same problem when synchronizing calendars on other devices? Is the error also occurring in the Outlook client or OWA?
I suggest you can try the following methods to solve the problem:
- You can download Outlook for Android on your mobile phone to check whether the same problem still exists.
- In the Samsung Calendar app, try deleting your Exchange account and then re-adding it, this can sometimes resolve sync issues.
- Sometimes, clearing the cache and data of the Samsung Calendar app in the device settings can resolve synchronization issues. However, please note that clearing your data may delete all calendar events, so it's best to back them up before doing this.
