Urgent ask for the Azure payment, subscription and cancel

To anyone who concerns,

Hello,

My name is Sanghyuk Ryu, and I am currently enrolled in the OMSA program at Georgia Tech. For an assignment in the CSE 6242 course, part of this program, I registered for MS Azure following the university's guidelines.

However, to my understanding, Azure should provide free credits for educational accounts through the school's partnership, but I discovered today that a payment was made for my recent usage (Invoice number: G043887243).

I am quite perplexed by this situation. Is it possible to cancel this payment and switch my account to a student version to prevent future charges? If not, I would like to cancel my service subscription and ensure it does not renew next month. Could you guide me on how to stop using Azure services on a paid basis and prevent future charges?

I apologize for the disorganized nature of this email, as I am quite frustrated at the moment. The financial aspect of this issue is critically important to me, so I sincerely hope you can assist me in resolving this matter.

    Billing and subscription management support is available to all Azure customers. You don't need a support plan for it.
