Teams API Throttling Query

I'm interested in utilizing the Teams API available at this link: Get Transcript of Meeting.

There's a document mentioning a throttling policy based on service. Could you please confirm under which service this API falls ?

Since transcription is a feature within meeting recording, the Get Transcript API should work within Call records limits.
