Windows update service 1053 error showing in Windows Server 2019 VM in azure

Tried all possible ways by freshly creating Software distribution folder, tried renaming c:\windows\sysrte32\catroot2 none doesn't work. Can you please help me how to resolve 1053 error for windows server 2019 VM.

    Error 1053 indicates that service didn't start in expected time.

    You can check if the windows update service dependency is runnin normally when this issue happens.

    Meanwhil, in Azure environment, you can try Windows Update Management on Azure Portal for another workaround.
