Meanwhile, try the following suggestion and let us know the status.
- Enroll other devices with the same enrollment profile to see if it can enroll successfully.
- Recreate an enrollment profile and assign to the affected device to see if the result will be different.
- Do factory reset on the affected device and enroll again to see if it can work.
