How to retrieve a list of approved use cases for Azure OpenAI Services?

Hello,

On 3/14/2024, I was onboarded to the Azure OpenAI Service (ApplicationID 2609017).

I neglected to keep a record of which use cases I applied for and would like to make sure I only use the service appropriately. In the last month, I have attempted to reach out several times to Azure Cognitive Services via email (csgate@microsoft.com) but have yet to receive a response.

Is there any way I can get this approved list of use cases? It is essential not only to ensure compliance with the service agreement, but also to any future "Limited Access Review" requests I would like to make.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
