Outlook 2019 on hosted Exchange - Security alert

Good Afternoon,

I was referred here by this thread on answers and I'm not sure I'm in the right place but I'll state my question. We are using Office 2019 Home & Business to connect to an Exchange 2019 server hosted by our ISP. On some computers in the company, users get the attached pop-up. Most everything related to this error seems to be on prem Exchange or 365 issues. We are neither.

Is there anything that can be done on the client side for this? We are clicking "Yes" but still getting this at login once per day. Thank you in advance!

    Hi @Scott Garrand ,

    Have you tried clicking View Certificate?

    Besides, try deleting the certificate from Outlook and then re-importing it into the Outlook client. File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Email Security > Settings To delete the certificate, click Delete.
