@Creedbro Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are trying to integrate Microsoft Entra ID with AWS IAM Identity Center application.
Just checked in my demo tenant, application is visible as expected, below is the screenshot for reference.
If the issue persists, request you to logout from current session, clear cache/cookies and try again and see if it helps.
