The problem of clearing table titles and descriptions after copying Office Word tables

Dear all

I added custom text to the title and description attributes of one of the tables in Office Word. In the previous version of Word, after copying this table, the title and description information of the table remained. But I recently discovered that in the new version of Word, after I copied the table, the information description information of the table title was cleared. Is this the new mechanism after Word upgrade? Is there a switch (such as registry settings) that can control whether to clear or not to clear the table title and description fields when copying the table? Thank you.

    Hi,

Did you copy and paste the table in the same Word document?

How did you create the Table in Word? Did you link to external Excel Workbook?

I cannot reproduce this problem in Word.

What version of Office did you use?

I suggest you provide more information about your problem so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
