User is seeing blank or error page when trying to access the training assigned to them via attack simulation training campaign

Hi, We launched phishing campaign using attack simulation training tool. One of the user who got the trainings assigned, is not able to access the trainings. They are getting blank page or error (attached screenshots) when trying to open any training. What can be possible issue? Can you please help with suggestions to resolve this ?
